We provide equipment for a multitude of outdoor activities and sports. Our products and prices are hard to beat even on the internet, with limited overheads we aim to provide you with the best products at the best prices you will find. We source our products from the best manufacturers and due to bulk buying power we can keep our prices as low as possible passing on the discounts to you.
Once you have placed your order you can be assured that we will dispatch within 48 hours by overnight post or courier, should there be a problem with your choice of product we will contact you with alternative options or an estimated delivery date for your chosen product.
If you are interested in an item that you cannot find on the website please email us at enquiries@outdoorhobbies.co.uk and we will do our best to source it for you.
We use Sagepay & Lloyds TSB for all our transactions so you can be safe in the knowledge that there is no potential for fraud activity on your card.
Terms & Conditions
1. You must be 18 or over to purchase.
2. Our carrier will not leave items with anyone under 18.
3. All goods damaged in transit must be noted on the courier delivery paperwork and then reported to crossbows4u/outdoorhobbies.
4. Please allow 3 days for delivery of your items on clearance of funds although we aim to dispatch your order within 12 hours (please check item listing for non stock delivery times).
5. All returns must be approved by crossbows4u/outdoorhobbies, non approved returns will be refused. Please contact us by either phone or email for a returns number that must accompany your returned items.
6. The cost of returning non faulty items is the responsibility of the customer unless by prior arrangement with crossbows4u/outdoorhobbies. This does not apply to faulty items, replacements or substitutes.
7. All items have a 12 month warranty.
8. Should you be unhappy with your purchase please return within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you in full, see number 5.
9. Should your equipment become faulty within the first 12 months we will either exchange or repair on return of the faulty goods ,no charge for re delivery will be incurred.
10. If we are unable to repair or replace a faulty item an alternative or refund will be offered.
11. All prices shown include vat at 20%. Customers from non EEC countries do not pay this charge.
12. Prices are subject to change without notice.
13. Only products with listed prices are available to purchase.
14. It is the buyers responsibility to check relevant regulations for orders sent outside of the UK, any items seized by the importing countries customs will not be refunded.
15. Outdoorhobbies will not be responsible for missing items should the delivery be signed for by a third party at the designated delivery address.
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. Please see above for return policy.
Payment
1. We offer various methods of payment, credit card, cheque, bank transfer and payoffline.
2. Credit card payments are made through Sagepay and Lloyds TSB. All credit card payments are made through a secure server. Your card details are not kept and your personal details are not passed to any third party.
3. Your payment will appear as outdoorhobbies on your bank/credit card statement.
